-Kitchen: 4 burner gas stove, stainless steel fridge/freezer, double door cooler, small freezer. Lots of cabinet space. Outdoor entrance to kitchen (able to close kitchen from main area)

-Air conditioned
-Washroom facility
-Table and chairs provided
COST: $250.00 per day (tax included)

$250.00 – refundable upon final walkthrough
